Export control classification, sanctions compliance, and country availability guidance.

## Export controls

Jooni products and services may be subject to export control laws and regulations including, without limitation, the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and applicable EU/UK regulations. ECCN classification and any required encryption disclosures are available upon request.

## Sanctions & restricted destinations

- We do not sell or provide services to sanctioned or embargoed destinations or restricted parties (e.g., per OFAC/EU/UK lists).
- We may restrict features, geographies, or integrations to comply with law and our policies.
- Use in terrorism, WMD, or unlawful surveillance is prohibited (see [AUP](/content/legal/acceptable-use/index.html)).

## End‑use and end‑user screening

Customers are responsible for ensuring authorized end use and end users. Jooni may conduct screening and decline, suspend, or terminate service where risks are identified.

## Importer of record & customs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer is the importer of record and is responsible for compliance with customs laws and payment of duties, taxes, and fees at destination.

## Customer & vendor shipping obligations

- Do not export, re‑export, ship, or transfer products to prohibited countries, entities, or end users.
- Screen end users and end uses; obtain any required licenses before shipment.
- Pass‑through export/sanctions restrictions to resellers, distributors, and integrators.
- Include accurate classifications and statements on commercial documentation where required.
