Jooni is committed to respecting internationally recognized human rights across our operations and supply chain, consistent with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and applicable labor standards.

2. Standards and expectations

• Prohibit all forms of forced, bonded, or compulsory labor and human trafficking.
• Prohibit child labor and comply with minimum age requirements and applicable schooling laws.
• Require fair treatment, non‑discrimination, and safe, healthy working conditions.
• Expect lawful working hours, wages, and benefits consistent with local regulations.

3. Supply‑chain due diligence

• Risk‑based assessment of manufacturing and materials suppliers, including onboarding questionnaires and periodic reviews.
• Contractual commitments and flow‑down of human‑rights requirements, including screening for forced‑labor risks (e.g., UFLPA diligence).
• Supplier attestations, audits where appropriate, and corrective action plans with follow‑up verification.

4. Responsible materials

We support responsible sourcing, including conflict‑minerals due diligence and materials transparency.

5. Training and accountability

• Relevant employees and supplier contacts receive guidance on identifying and addressing human‑rights risks.
• Non‑conformances are tracked with containment, root‑cause, and corrective/preventive actions.

6. Reporting and remediation

Concerns can be reported via our page. We review reports in good faith, protect good‑faith reporters from retaliation, and work to remediate verified issues, including engagement with affected stakeholders.

7. Eligibility and enforcement

Jooni may decline, suspend, or terminate services or sales where a customer, project, or end use violates this policy or applicable human‑rights laws. We may also restrict product features, geographies, or integrations to mitigate risk and ensure responsible use.

• We monitor supplier adherence through risk‑based reviews and may request evidence of compliance.
• We update this page and related policies as our program evolves or regulations change.

9. Governance

Human‑rights responsibilities are integrated into supplier management and quality processes. Senior leadership reviews program effectiveness periodically and approves material updates to this policy.
