Supplier Code of Conduct

Expectations for legal compliance, human rights, environment, safety, integrity, and data protection for suppliers and partners.

1. Legal compliance

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they operate, manufacture, or provide services to Jooni.

2. Human rights & labor

• No forced, bonded, or compulsory labor; no human trafficking.
• No child labor; comply with minimum age and schooling laws.
• Fair treatment and non‑discrimination; respect for lawful working hours, wages, and benefits.
• Freedom of association in accordance with local laws.

3. Health, safety, and working conditions

• Provide a safe and healthy workplace; implement hazard controls, PPE, and training.
• Maintain emergency preparedness and incident reporting processes.

4. Environment & materials

• Meet environmental requirements including RoHS/REACH and provide timely SVHC disclosures.
• Support responsible sourcing (3TG/CMRT) and forced‑labor prevention diligence (e.g., UFLPA).
• Use sustainable packaging and minimize waste consistent with Jooni guidance.

5. Product compliance for Jooni goods

• Manufacture to specified standards and workmanship; maintain required certifications.
• Ensure finished goods meet applicable RF/EMC/safety regulations and labeling when producing Jooni‑branded products.
• Adhere to environmental and operating limits specified for the SKU.
• Notify Jooni of material changes via PCN processes and retain traceability records.

6. Ethics & anti‑corruption

• Prohibit bribery, corruption, extortion, and embezzlement; maintain accurate records.
• Avoid conflicts of interest and improper gifts or hospitality.
• Compete fairly; comply with antitrust and competition laws.

7. Data protection & confidentiality

• Safeguard Jooni confidential information and any personal data processed on our behalf.
• Implement reasonable security controls; report security incidents promptly.
• Execute required agreements (e.g., NDAs, DPAs) before handling sensitive data. If you act as our processor/subprocessor, you must sign our DPA and meet the standards described in Subprocessors.

8. Export, sanctions, and trade

• Comply with export control and sanctions laws; screen parties and end uses.
• Do not ship to prohibited destinations or restricted parties; obtain necessary licenses.

9. Sub‑suppliers & oversight

• Flow down these requirements to sub‑suppliers and service providers involved in Jooni work.
• Maintain documentation and provide access to records relevant to Jooni products and services.

10. Audits, non‑conformance & CAPA

• Jooni may assess compliance through questionnaires, audits, or site visits where appropriate.
• Non‑conformances must be contained and addressed with root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

11. Reporting concerns

Suppliers and workers may report concerns via the Contact page. Jooni prohibits retaliation for good‑faith reports and will work to remediate verified issues.

12. Consequences

Violations may result in remedial action, up to and including suspension or termination of the business relationship.
